I have panels,charge controlers and batteries running a work trailer and my toy hauler. Everything works great.. Im just a DIY Guy playing with this stuff.. So now that I would love to start tying to the grid. Im not sure on the rules with APS.. I know from reading you cant make your own panels. Thats ok. I have an in with a retailer to get my stuff for a good price. Mounting the panels on the roof is not a big deal to me. And wiring them is not a problem. Can you b.....

Ive split them into pairs. Each pair is made of 2 batteries connected in serial. One pair is 12.96v, the other is 13.01v. When I attempt thoughtful the two pairs to each other in parallel to double current, with cables that have fuses in them, the fuses are blowing. I started with 5a fuses and moved up to 7.5a. Im puzzled, Ive done this many times before with no issues. Is the voltage differential enough to be causing this?in series you place the 1st batt.....

By mobile in mean in a trailer that can be moved to postpone power for small events. I think the best controller will be the Morning Star TriStar MPPT - 45A. I plan to charge a 12V battery bank and connect a Suprex 2500W inverter. ( I have the modules and inverter already, but not the charge controler) The problem is that the SPR 225 mods need a positive ground biological properly. (I have a lot of grid .....

I have a single 120 watt panel (6.5 amp max) on the roof but Ive yet to ever see a 14.4v (I have 2 Group 24 wet cell batteries in my camper) reading on my Morningstar Remote Meter. Is this normal? The highest Ive ever seen it go is approximately 13.4. Before connecting the panel to the controller I was pulling 18v regularly. I used 10-gauge wir.....
